Soothing Bath Recipe for Stress Management

Soothing Bath Recipe:
- Fill your bathtub with warm water.
- Add one cup of Epsom salts mixed with 7 drops of lavender essential oil.

If you don’t have a bathtub, you can always soak your feet in a basin with the Epsom salt mixture. You can also place a warm washcloth over your eyes to help you relax.
